This piece just looks awesome—Rocksteady absolutely dominates the page in a full-figure pose that feels big, heavy, and full of attitude. He’s covered in battle damage, with scars and torn flesh that really sell how brutal and hard-hitting this version of the character is.
He’s loaded up with gear—combat knife in hand, rifle slung over his shoulder, grenade bandolier across his chest—and the whole thing gives off a gritty, no-nonsense, ready-for-war vibe. It’s one of those images that just grabs your attention and holds it.
Kirkham’s ink work really shines here. There’s a ton of texture and detail in the muscles, the damage, and all the gear, and the heavy shadows give it a lot of depth and presence. It’s bold, aggressive, and just plain fun to look at.
