Up for sale is a vintage pre-code horror classic: Strange Tales #19, published by Atlas Comics in June 1953.


 This highly collectible Golden Age comic features a striking and memorable cover by Russ Heath and represents an early issue in the Strange Tales run, well before the Marvel superhero era.  Written by Stan Lee with inside art by George Tuska, Joe Certa and others, the credits read like a who's who of the comic book hall of fame.


 The book is professionally graded and encapsulated by CGC at 4.5 (Very Good+), with Off-White to White pages. The colors present very well for the grade, with strong eye appeal and solid display value.
